2024. május 9-én látogatott a PTE Fogorvostudományi Szakjának delegációja Eszékre, második közös rendezésű szimpóziumukra. (Az elsőről szóló beszámoló itt olvasható.) A delegációt dr. Szalma József, a PTE Klinikai Központ Fogászati és Szájsebészeti Klinikájának egyetemi tanára vezette.
A nyolc pécsi és hét eszéki előadás az érdekes, friss kutatási irányok bemutatásáról szólt és nagy mértékben hozzájárult ahhoz, hogy a munkaebéd során a kisebb munkacsoportok már a konkrét, közös oktatási és kutatási lehetőségekről beszélgethessenek.
Az esemény megnyitóján Sonja Vila professzor, a Strossmayer Egyetem tudományos, technológiai és kapcsolati rektorhelyettese örömmel említette, hogy egy nappal korábban a két egyetem együttműködéséről tárgyaltak a vezetők.
